Why does my Xbox keep flashing and resetting?

Try to go to SETTINGS, then SYSTEM, then CONSOLE INFO and last CONSOLE RESET, pick option to KEEP ALL GAMES AND APPS and let console restart, do SET UP after and see if any change, if console does not boot, try to do a RESET with a USB FLASH DRIVE,
