To troubleshoot this issue, you can try the following:

Check your network connection: Make sure that your network connection is stable and that you have a strong signal.

Increase bandwidth: If possible, increase the available bandwidth on your network to help remote play handle both the audio and video streams.

Check audio settings: Ensure that the audio settings on your device are configured properly and that there are no conflicting settings that may cause the connection to drop.

Update the remote play software: Make sure that you have the latest version of the remote play software installed on your device.

I'm using Inside build. I was in delta.

but my current firmware version is 10.0.22000.2285 . I believe this version is same version with official latest firmware version.

I followed your instruction. cleared my MAC address but no luck.

and for your information, as I said remote play works with android or iphone.

but PC xbox app remote play is not working when my tv is turned off.

if I turn on my tv first, then connect my xbox series x on my PC then it works perfectly.

but then , if I turn off my tv, then network connection become very unstable (stuttering insanely)

and become disconnected in about one minute.

I tried unplug hdmi cable while remote playing(not turn off tv) . and it behaves same way

and again, none of this issues occur in iphone or android phone xbox app. no matter tv is turned on or off.

Greetings, BiGjOn! Sorry to hear you're getting disconnected from LIVE -- my apologies! I understand that the disconnections are occurring at the same time every day. Are you doing anything in particular when the disconnection occurs such as navigating through
the dashboard, playing a game, or using an app? It seems like it's just when you're playing games. Is that correct?



Does this only happen when using your gamertag? I'd be interested to know if the problem persists while playing on a secondary tag. Is this something you'd be able to try out for me?
