    Why does my xbox account show my husband's name and profile picture but my email address...


    I've restarted the Xbox, updated it and readded and unadded my account several times but, everytime I log in, it shows my husband's profile picture and name, but my email address and username. But when I got into my account it shows our accounts separately like it should on the Welcome, Social, Gaming, Rewards page but still shows his pic and name. It doesn't matter if I change it and save the profile customizations, it's still the same as his name and profile pic.

    Hi there WestSideHams, my name is Gerardo, and I'm an Xbox player, just like you. I'll be happy to assist you with any questions or concerns you may have.

    During the day, some other players experienced the same issue with other accounts on the same console. It seems to have been a temporary problem, and if I'm not mistaken, it should be resolved by now, and you should be able to see the accounts normally. If not, please try the following procedure:

    1. With the Xbox powered on, press the power button on the front of the console for 10 seconds until it completely shuts down (keep your finger on the button even if the light turns off before 10 seconds are up, hold for the full 10 seconds).

    2. Disconnect the power cable from the console and wait for 30 seconds.

    3. Reconnect the power cable to your console and turn it on normally.

    V-bucks not crediting account. Epic wants to know the xbox display name where credited. Anyone else have this issue?

    I tried both. When my husband's account is used, it shows my husband's xbox gamer tag. When I used my account to sign in, it wants me to create an account.

    When we set up his xbox account we used an outlook email address for my son.

    That's the thing I'm doubt exactly that and my profile shows the gamerpic I want but everywhere else it shows my avatar picture instead. My husband's account shows his gamerpic in all places that's what I want mine to do. I can't get rid of the avatar picture.
