    I have tried everything but my account is bugged I called Xbox support and was just hung up and ignored after one hour of trying to explain it to a rep . its none of my privacy settings I have tried that already everything is enables except for sharing my personal name with others . This have been a thing for a year now and its still not fixed ....     the order history     of the account? Also, does the game license appear on
    the license list     for the account? If the purchase and license appear on the account, we recommend checking

    the download history     on the Xbox 360. Be sure to let us know the results!

    Thank you for posting on the Xbox forums. We understand that it can be frustrating when a game you just purchased does not launch. Does the transaction for the game appear in the

    order history     for the account? Also, does the game license appear on the
    license list     of the account? It is possible that the code was redeemed on a different account that is on the console. Does the game launch when you are signed in to any other accounts that are on the console? Be sure to let us know the results!

    It shows under the "order history" but not "my games", but there is no other account on my Xbox and there hasn't been. What does this mean? How do I get it added back? Can I request a refund?
