Why does my Xbox 360 shut off twice in a day?

For a better understanding: What version of the 360 do you own (with or without power brick ) ?

Does it work normal after the second shutdown ?

If it has a power brick try to blew the dust out of the power brick - don't be surprised, that could be a lot ! ^^

For this, may I know if you tried using a different power brick or connecting the console to a different socket or room in your house?

Update: Ms support team exchanged my console by a "new one". Everything goes well for couple days, and then I experienced shut off while I'm playing Doom eternal (xgp). The shut off happens twice. I use a 4k@60 monitor, put the console to horizontal, and set the graphic to ray tracing. But today I put the console to vertically, no shut off happens, I'm ao confused :'(

My xbox one x shuts off every time i land at the grotto and go into the wind tunnel but it does not say it over heated it says “this xbox is made to shut off after a little while” but the first time i experienced this issue was at a different time i was
playing my third hour i landed at the grotto then my console just shut off and it was 5:55 then the next day i land at the grotto agian at 3:30 it just shut off and this was my first hour

I've gotten that twice now with Vudu and Transformers on Xbox One. Xbox 360 works perfect. So far the movie has crashed twice after clicking "Ok" and trying again. Why does Vudu stink on the One?
