Why does my xbox 360 games not let me connect to xbox live? my wifi and everything are fine...

Same problem here. My new xbox 360s connects to my network via internal wifi but it will not connect to xbox live. Everything else in the house connects fine. My xbox even connects when I plug in the old Adapter( from my last xbox) meaning the issue is with
the internal wifi. This is one reason I bought a new xbox slim(internal wifi) this is BS!

Now it says that i can’t even log in to my account on xbox 360 anymore

well i have a question, if do the reset console method will i still be gamë sharing with everyone?

Good question! Once you reset your console, your account will also be removed as Home Xbox so make sure that you have an extra Home Xbox switch before doing that step but if you don’t wish to do that, our only option is to wait until they fixed the issue. No worries though, I can assure you that you are not the only one experiencing this issue so I’m positive that there’s nothing wrong with your Xbox console.

I'm sorry to hear you're having trouble with your Xbox 360 games. Please follow the steps below to try to fix the issue;

Please start up any Xbox 360 game on your Xbox and open the guide with START + SELECT then go to the bottom and select storage and then to profiles and delete your profile. Then re-download it on the guide again. Also, it may be needed to erase the Xbox 360 cache on your Xbox:

1. Press the Xbox button to open the guide.

2. Select Settings.

3. Select System.

4. Select Storage, and then select "Clear local Xbox 360 storage."

5. Select Yes. Your console will restart. (This will not affect your cloud-saved games or Xbox One games and profiles.).

Once done, try to play an Xbox 360 game again on your Xbox, it should work.

If it still doesn't work, please try to refresh your operating system and delete all potentially corrupted data that restricts you from using your console normally without deleting your games or apps.​​​​​​​

Note: Make sure that you know your account logins before doing this step. Also, this will remove all your Home Xbox associations.

1. Press the Xbox button to open the guide.

2. Select Profile & system > Settings > System > Console info > Reset console.

3. On the Reset your console? screen, you'll select Reset and keep my games & apps.
