¿Why does my Xbox 360 E Doesn't connect to my wifi?

Recently I bought an Xbox 360 E and for some reason doesn't want to connect to my wifi
Whenever I do the test the error message I get says: There's a problem with your connection.
I already tried resetting the network configuration, deleting cache, etc.

I even bought a wireless adapter and the problem still remains, I tried connecting it with an Ethernet cable and, while it works that way the Ethernet cable is in my parent's room and it's gonna be a hassle to bring my Xbox to their room everytime I want
to play.

Also, I have read that maybe my router is the problem, my router sends out 2 signals, 189FB and 189FB-5G

¿Is there any way to fix this problem? Thank you in advance

I tried the hotspot also and yeah it does work but when I go on the wifi it doesn't work I don't why it's doing that and I would like to use my wifi for connection because I don't always have data on my cell,what can I do to use my wifi connection?

I have the same problem with two airport express routers. My 360 connects to the router with the weaker signal and drops the connection. I have a mac mini sitting next to the 360 and it knows how to handle wifi networks like a mature adult and connects to
the stronger signal. My cheap hack is simply sharing the wifi connection of the mini over it's ethernet port and plugging the 360 into the mini via ethernet.

Very annoying, I have to be running my mac mini in order to have xbox live because the 360's wifi doesn't know how to connect to the stronger signaled network. This needs to be fixed. Windows machines seem to figure it out, why not a 360?

ok so does anyone know why my xbox 360 s cant connect to live using wifi but the one that has an Ethernet cord can?? and no its not a moden, ip, or port forwarding problem
