Why does my Xbox 1 ( upon initial start up ) ask me to reset or continue?

Aside from the said options is there an error code for example E101, E102, etc?

Also, please try performing a powercycle on your console and check if there will be an improvement such as continuing on the Xbox home screen.

Why does Xbox support reps continue to just hang up on me when they are politely asked if they could help me fix this problem.... I am 14x and counting. Not rude at all, just begging for their help!

Edit: I have found that once I exit the game and try to start it back up it then ask me to purchase the game again. Although it worked initially, if I reset the console again it ask me to purchase still.

Same My xbox 1 updated and it started to glitch and stall, now when i turn it on, it is a luck of the draw if I end up on my dashboard or remain on the initial start up screen.

Does that start me at level 1 green or is this guy just trolling me to get me to reset all my stats?
