Why Does My World Takes All My Items?

May I know if you tried reinstalling the game before restoring the created backup?

**If you didn't tried that please do it, but make sure your backup is stored in the cloud. In some cases you can upload it to the Nintendo switch cloud, but this really depends on the game

@WPAK. My profile has corrupted avatar items. I delete them, clear the cache, delete the profile only clear cache again, redownload profile, and after all of that. corrupted avatar items come back and my xbox 360 is slower than ***. Can't play some games
due to loading boards takes a long time or does not load at all, (World of Tanks). On COD Black Ops boards wont load and kicks me out of the lobby.

On Android mobile.

1. In the minecraft app marketplace, purchased the Stoneblockworld.

2. This world contains add ons and new items.

3. Played the world for a couple days with no issues.

4. Go to open the world, there is a lock icon on it. It says" this world was created using a template the you have not purchases, would you like to purchase it now?"

5. If I press yes it takes me to the store with an option to purchase and a create world button

6. If I press create world it just recreates the world from the beginning

7. If I purchase again wich I did it dies the sam

8. If I press no, it loads the game but removes all add ons and items from the world, leaving a regular unusable world.

I'm signed in to my microsoft acount and the world does show up as owned in my purchases

Omg. That is ridiculous. Why would they take those away that insane. That like my most wanted avatar item of all time...

na im sure its the other way around although thats not the point the point is it is goin to take over cant wait for update and sick of cein worlds with duplicated items i understand its easy but ive built all my world without duplicating anything
