    Why does my sims 4 pack say “Download to use”?


    I play on cloud gaming and i’ve had no problem with packs in the past, I’ve read the sims 4 console faq and nothing helped. I can’t use my xbox currently and I really need to access the pack, I can’t put images but the rest of my packs say “owned” and the new pack says “download to use”, But last night it said “restart to use”

    In game? Cloud gaming? When I press it inside of cloud gaming, This message pops up.

    it may be that it hasn't propagated to the servers yet if it's new. check the internal game menus for buying and installation, you may be able to force it from there.

    Don't worry we will work on this together. Let's try to troubleshoot.

    Please make sure you can sign in all your profiles. Let's try to restore the console back to factory defaults but we will select keep my games and apps so it won't remove your games and progress.

    Please follow the steps here:

    - Press the Xbox button to open the guide.

    - Select Settings

    - Select System

    - Select Console info & updates

    - Select Reset console

    - Select Keep Games and Apps

    After this, you will have to sign in again with your email and password. Then please check if there's any changes. Thanks!

    Oh, I understand. Thanks for clarification. Can you please try to search the DLC on the store and check if there's an option to install?
