    Why does my series x keep turning itself off.


    Regardless if I'm playing a game or just sitting on the home screen my console will disconnect my controller and headset then continue onto a buzzing noise then full system shutdown. And yes the console has ventilation with nothing around it.

    I don’t like to give bad news but could be a hardware issue.
    But before concluding that let’s try to cover everything from your side, for this tell me:

    Are you using an insider build in your console?

    In case you’re using a power surge or a UPS, did you tried connecting the console directly to the power outlet?
    Did you tried using a different power cord?
    Or, what about connecting your console to a different power outlet or in a different room?

    It says "Optimized for series X/S. IT should say "Only for series X/S. Why does Microsoft try to hide this with a little red circle popup note "not playable on this device" If it's not playable then keep it off my Game Pass ultimate and store

    that I pay $16.99 monthly for.

    I just recieved my new series x and it will not turn off my TV. I have followed procedures to have it set up, it worked with my one s just fine.

    Yes I did why would my one s work and the series x not work??? Why did it turn it off once and not again? Turns it on just fine!
