    Why does my screen keep going black and showing red and green lines?


    When I turn on my Xbox One X and get to the Home Screen, my screen either keeps going black or the screen just flickers with loads of green and red lines appearing all over the screen like the hdmi lead isn’t connected properly (but it is).

    I’ve tried different HDMI leads and different ports on my TV. I’ve also tried a different TV. It has been working preciously and now it’s not.

    Green and white looks horrible.

    Yeah, it is just a black screen now, it no longer goes to the green screen, so it does nothing, and never did anything but go to the green screen.
