Why does my roblox not load?

When I open Roblox on my Xbox Series S, a series of events happen. First, the game icons will either be loaded, or they wont. If they aren’t loaded, I have to restart the game. If they are, I continue, I try joining a game. Sometimes it doesnt load at all, like I stay in the loading screen, or the game itself is just gray blocks. Restarting the game doesn’t solve it, uninstalling didnt solve it either.

My Xbox is enrolled in the Xbox Update Preview in the Delta ring.

Its only Roblox.

Correct, I can open the game fine, but what happens after is what was stated before.

I have it downloaded on the console, no extra stuff.

Yes, my OS version is the same as the one listed.

Probably the game received an update, and as game updates are not planned to be compatible with beta OS, unexpected bugs or glitches are more likely to happen.

At the moment, I didn’t see similar reports from other players regarding the same situation with Roblox and Xbox.

Try playing the game once your console is in a stable OS firmware.

Verify this by opening Xbox settings > system > console info.

Hi, thanks for the additional information.

As you’re using an insider build, this may be the cause for the issue with Roblox.

I encourage you to leave the Delta ring, and once you’re in a stable build of the Xbox OS. Try testing the game again.

Please be aware, issues like these are common when using beta software.
