    Why does my rewards account states 0 points?


    Hi there,

    got my last money from the reward credits on 11.11.2017 and bought for around 500 Euro since then ...

    Why the hell does my reward account state: 0 reward points?

    Give yourself the gift of Rewards Email states There seems to be an issue with your account

    I received this status email today and at the top it states:

    "There seems to be an issue with your account:

    please reach out to our
    support forum team    ."

    It also states:

    "Your Lifetime Earnings: 20,910 Rewards Credits"

    "Earned last month

    6,860 Rewards Credits"

    "Deposited last month

    0 Rewards Credits"

    Not sure what is going on but I don't think I have ever once gotten rewards credits and to have 20K over the lifetime of my account..........

    I'm assuming these rewards are supposed to convert into tangible account balance to spend. Which they have never. I also don't know what is up with my account as mentioned above.

    Hi,

    In need of someones help

    I'm just wondering if there is a reason why I'm not receiving reward points for my purchases and activity on xbox live. I believe I have correctly set up my account, but 0 reward points says otherwise.

    Are there any specific offers you're looking for credits from?

    If you're looking for VIP rebates, keep in mind they are calculated after the end of the month and given by the 15th of the next month. So it would be too soon to see credits pending for November purchases.

    From our FAQ:

    When will my MyVIP Rewards Credits be deposited into my Microsoft account?

    The total Rewards earned will be calculated at the end of each month. Typically you'll receive your MyVIP earnings in your account by the 15th of the following month, though this is subject to the program's current deposit
    terms. Be sure to keep an eye on MyStatement on the
    MyRewards page to track your progress and watch your Rewards Credits total grow!

    We have not yet calculated last month's MyVIP, so it is too early to see the Credits pending.

    At 5000 or more pending Credits, we automatically schedule your account for a deposit. You reached this amount, and all your Credits were deposited on the mid-January deposit cycle. For future reference, all Credit and deposit events can be reviewed from
    the MyStatement on the MyRewards page, sorted by lifetime.

    Points Expire? When?

    Also, all promotional points expire a year after you receive them. The Rewards program does state this in the terms and conditions for the program.
