Why does my PC not detect thrustmaster wheel

Hey so the issue is that my main PC doesn’t detect my steering wheel when i plug it in (nothing at all happens, doesnt even show up in device manager) but the wheel boots up and start calibrating. I tried updating drivers using diffrent ports etc bu nothing helps

Altought when i plug it into a laptop it works perfectly fine

I managed to figure out that the issue happens only with this device and only on my main pc (wheel works fine on diffrent pcs and stuff like controllers ,keyboard work fine in on my main pcs usb ports)

Its a really weird situation please help

Wheels must be made compatible on a per game basis. Compatible wheels for NFS do not include yours

While these wheels work on default or custom wheel settings, button mapping and force feedback are not properly recognized. These issues will be addressed in an upcoming update for Forza Horizon 3. In addition, there are additional wheels that we plan on bringing on board, notably Fanatec products such as the ClubSport V2 Xbox One Hub and the Fanatec CSR models. Support for these Fanatec wheels will be arriving in Apex beginning in late September, with updates for both Windows 10 and Apex.

From this, unfrotunately G923 is not compatible with Forza Horizon 3

If you play on PC, make sure to install your wheel drivers and be on the latest wheel firmware, if available.

To avoid issues, connect the wheel and test it before opening Forza Motorsport 7.

Quest - I think it's generally accepted that having a wired wheel is preferable over a wireless wheel due to reduction of input lag. The fact that the Thrustmaster is wired should not discourage anyone from buying it.

I'm currently on my second Thrustmaster wheel. Something in my first one (that I had since November) went bad and the wheel just stopped working one day last month. Thrustmaster customer support was really good about walking me through some troubleshooting
steps and getting a replacement wheel base sent out. The new base works great and, overall, I've been really happy with the quality of the Thrustmaster wheel. I previously owned a Fanatec CSR wheel and the Thrustmaster is definitely a step up. Hopefully a
3-pedal set and H-pattern shifter will be available soon.
