    Why does my pc crash everytime I open The Crew 2?


    Every time I launch my game The Crew 2 My PC crashes. My drivers are updated, and my PC has an Intel Core i7-8700 CPU, 16 GB of ram, and Nvidia GeForce GTX 1070. I believe it isn't game and is the battle eye anti cheat, this has been happening for about 2 years on games such as Fortnite and Rainbow Six Siege, and I am on windows 11.

    Firstly, could you let me know the specific system version (OS Build)? You can check it by pressing Win + X > System > Windows specifications, click “Copy” and paste it in your next reply.

    Then check Event Viewer to see if there are any error messages at the same time that the system crashed? Win + Q to open the search box, type 'eventvwr', press Enter to open Event Viewer, and see whether there are any errors in Application in Windows Logs.

    If these games were installed from a third-party gaming platform, I suggest you verify the integrity of the game files themselves through that gaming platform.

    Additionally, since the anti-cheat game plugin monitors processes in memory, if you have Memory Integrity turned on in Windows Security (search and open it in the search box of the taskbar), you can temporarily disable that option and then see if the game works.

    Sorry for the crashing issue you are experiencing. Is it happening to every game you play or just BF4? I would suggest 2 things. First uninstall the game the re-install it. Seconded you should possibly contacting EA support and see what they have to say.



    Reach back when you try the re-install of the game as well as contacting EA support.
