Why does my NAT type constantly change on my Xbox series x?

Every time I test my NAT type, it consistently switches between open and moderate. I’ve tried clearing my cache, I’ve tried clearing the MAC address, I’ve reset UPnP through my service provider, and yet still this issue won’t stop. What’s wrong with my console

NAT is on your router, you need to open up the ports that Xbox live uses. When it attempts u PNP, it's sometimes more successful than others

Please consult with your manufacturer or Internet provider support if they provided the router

I'm using a xbox series x and it's been with multiple friends my nat type is open

How has no one been fired over this trash? This happens way to often (at least a couple or more times a month) and yet there is never anything that gets done about it. Also... why the heck does my xbox constantly change the NAT type? What the heck were they
thinking when they made this thing. /rant.

I have the Xbox Series X and the things I’ve tried to fix the problem are

• Changing my NAT Type from Moderate to Open

• Disconnecting and reconnecting my Battlenet ID from my Xbox account

• Port forwarding ports from Overwatch 2 directly to my router

• Restarting my Xbox Series X

• Deleting and reinstalling Overwatch 2

• Restarting my router

None of these things have worked whatsoever
