Why does my MSFS 2020 keep backtracking while downloading it.

Hi I am downloading MSFS using gamepass from the Xbox app on my pc. while downloading it it will get to a point of around 20 gigabits downloaded then jump back 5 or 6 gigabytes. it has happened 3 times and when it happens I pause the download then alt+F4 to close the game. when I reopen it says that I have 100 gigabytes left to download, which is 22 less than when I started. after doing this multiple times I am down to 74 gigabytes remaining but it won't go past 1 or 2 gigabites at a time. I have a stable internet connection so I don't understand what the issue is. please tell me if you can help

I can see that your MSFS 2020 download is not progressing smoothly. This is a known issue that affects some users due to the large size of the game and the network conditions. There are some steps you can try to fix this problem:

- Pause and resume the download from the Microsoft Store app.

- Check your internet connection speed and stability. You may need to use a wired connection instead of Wi-Fi for better performance.

- Clear the cache of the Microsoft Store app by pressing the Windows key + R, typing wsreset.exe and hitting Enter.

- Restart your PC and try downloading again.

If none of these steps work, you may need to uninstall the game and reinstall it from scratch. Please make sure you have enough free space on your hard drive before doing so.

Hello, my console is an Xbox series s, I have tried to go in Msfs controls parameters to fix it and no, it only does it with Flight simulator 2020
