Why does my Minecraft (Win10) have no sound?

After updating the game Minecraft a few days ago on my WIndows 10 PC, I found that the game will not play music or sound when it should. I have already tried restarting the game several times, pressing F3+S and F3+T, checking my sound mixer to make sure the game was not muted, and changing a certain graphical setting that supposedly would induce a lag spike and fix the game's sound. When I activate the narrator in-game, the narrator actually does work, but only when highlighting menu items, even when 'Narrate All' is selected. I even tried checking the game's files on my device, but I wasn't sure what to look for to make sure the sound files were still there.

I also want to mention that when I have the mixer open and do something in the game that normally makes sounds, the green bar in the mixer that indicates a sound playing does not appear at all. I have not had any audio issues with other programs I've tried, such as Chrome (Youtube, etc.) or other game software, so I don't think it's an issue with my audio driver. I hadn't played Minecraft for some time before updating the launcher and the game. One other thing that's odd is that recently, when I close the game, even by quitting from the menu, it's treated as the game crashing and reopens the launcher (my saves appear to be unaffected by this). Is it a bug related to the more recent snapshots? And could someone offer some advice on how to fix it? Thank you.

Then update your audio card drivers directly from the PC manufacturer's website to check performance again.

If the problem persists, follow these steps to repair the Microsoft Store and its apps:

launch powershell
Set-ExecutionPolicy without restrictions
Get-AppXPackage -All Users | Foreach {Add-AppxPackage -DisableDevelopmentMode -Register "$($_. InstallLocation)\AppXManifest.xml"}

Execute each command at a time.

Then you must restart the PC.

Kindly check first if the specific game has audio settings on which you can verify if it's muted or not. Make sure it is not muted. If everything is good in the audio settings of the game. Please try the following steps one at a time to resolve the issue:

Solution 1: Do a power cycle to clear the cache of the console

1. Turn off the Xbox console by pressing the Xbox button on the front of the console for about 10 seconds until it shuts down completely.

2. Unplug the console's power cable. Wait 10 seconds.

Important Be sure to wait 10 seconds. This step resets the power supply.

3. Plug the console power cable back in.

4, Press the Xbox button on your console to turn on the Xbox console.

you'll have to buy the win10 edition separately. Minecraft is not a play anywhere title.

for me i just opend minecraft(launcher) and minecraft win10 edition was there. for some people it may not be availbe in that country.
