    I made a switch from Xbox to pc like 2 years ago and have been wanting to go back and play some of the games that I used to so when I open the Xbox app on pc it says I own like 4 of the 90 I had so I went and looked them up in the store and it said I didn't own them but I do have proof of purchase on the same Xbox account so I don't know if cause I'm now on pc or if there is a bug that I don't know about but I have tried contacting Microsoft to no avail and I have proof of purchase so this is honestly my last resort.

    Not all games support Play Anywhere (which allows you to play the same game on console and PC without repurchasing the game). If the games don't support Play Anywhere, then you would need to purchase them for PC in order to play them on PC.

    Thanks for the help! I signed into another account from the xbox and it worked. But why doesn't it transfer to other accounts on PC like it does on the xbox?

    Why is this on my computer again? I don't own an Xbox for the app to be a companion to and never have. Does Microsoft just love filling up my PC with junk apps I'll never use or what?
