    why does my game say I don't have the necessary privileges to access Xbox live gameplay?


    For some reason I'm suddenly told this when I try to play splinter cell blacklist on my Xbox one but I was able to play online just fine a week ago so why am I suddenly being told this? I tried logging out then back in, internet is working fine everywhere else and there's no issues with my parental settings so what's happening?

    When i try and access various online features and privilege’s on my xbox live account a message comes up on screen saying “Locked privilege. This feature is blocked per your XBOX LIVE parent control settings” but on the adult account there has been no restrictions
    put in place. can someone please help as i would like help ASAP?
