Why does my game say I can play it but doesn't come up in my apps and games

Sorry to hear about that, however, what game is it? Also, you can try following these steps:

-Press the Xbox button in front of the console until it shuts down.

-Unplug the power cables from the back of the console and on the wall socket.

-Restart router/modem

-Wait for 5 minutes

-Plug in again and turn on the console

Then try the game again. Let me know.

The Game apps open just fine, it signs into my Xbox account at least it says it does & shows my avatar & gamertag, I can play any of the regular games but when I click on the Daily Challenge games it comes up with the error code I listed in my first post.
I have made sure I have all the Windows updates, this only started to happen after I updated all the game apps from the Store. It doesn't even show the coins/metals I had earned for the month.

Still doesn't work. The game doesn't come up on the ready to install list and neither does it come up on any of my other accounts. When I go on games with gold and click on Dead Space, it doesn't say install but it says 'Show Price' and next to it it says
'Free with EA Access'

I don't know what else to do.

I have downloaded the Xbox Accessories app but the controller doesn't show up and I'm using a PS4 controller. My steam and DS4 software does detects the controller and my other applications as well as such Gog, Uplay, Epic Launcher, Battle.Net, EA Play, and etc. I don't understand why when playing the game via Clould Gaming it does detects the controller but when downloading the game on the PC the gamepass doesn't detects the controller!

Why does my xbox keep giving me the popup saying that something took too long to start?

Every app i try to open gives me this including network settings and games and apps. It sometimes even does this at the dashboard.
