Why does my game network keep jumping off and it never can find the network

Additional information is needed, please explain to me a bit more your situation, for example:

Is this happening on Xbox or PC?

If its on Xbox, what console do you have?

Is this happening as soon as you try to search networks via wifi?

Or is this happening after you connect the console to a wifi / ethernet network?

And tell me what did you tried so far to fix this, in that way I can advise you different things or how to proceed

Likely that your university does not support gaming devices on their network. You do not need to be a computer scientist to get this to work. When you are a supplied network that person or entity can control what does or does not function on the network.

Try to find the network administrator(s) and make friends with one to see if they can help you out.

The first access to the console requires an internet connection, which you can also ask to do in the store where you made the purchase. After the first connection and log in, to play off-line games,
you need to keep the console "OFFLINE" from the Network Settings, which you can find by going to Settings, Network.

Better you can try to re-load the app. I tried it before and it worked
