    Why does my console transfer speed suddenly slow down?

    I am Amir

    I have a game console service center in Iran And I have a problem with all of Xbox One/One X and One S consoles.

    After reset console and remove everything,

    when I want to transfer several games from an external Hard drive (usb 3) with a large amount of data to the internal hard drive of the xbox,

    After transferring about 400 GB, the transfer speed suddenly slow down and even lower than 100 Mbps.

    After that, it takes hours to transfer 100 GB of data.

    According to the tests, this problem was not related to the speed of the hard drive/connecting/ not connecting to the Internet and etc.

    And Unfortunately, the problem is not solved by restarting console, full shutdown, etc.

    Well, just to update on the situation. I disconnected my xbox from the internet, waited 5 minutes, reconnected, and I was suddenly getting speeds of around 50-60Mbps again, so the speeds where very high.

    It got me to 88% in no time, and then slowed right down again, so disconnected, reconnected and the download was finished within a minute.

    Connecting a 100Mbps NIC isn't going to slow your network down. My entire network is gigabit speed, with the exception of a 100Mbps NIC in my network printer and Xbox 360. I still get transfer speeds of over 100MB/s between PCs. 100Mbps is more than enough
    for any HD stream.
