Why does my console shut off to a snow screen or go to dashboard on wz fortnight any game...

1. May we know if you have issues with Xbox Network? Please follow the steps below:
   
   1. Kindly go to Xbox Console's Settings.
      
   2. Select Network and Network Settings.
      
   3. Look for NAT Type.
      
   4. Please reply with a screenshot or picture of the Xbox Network.
      
2. Is your console set to play games offline?
   
3. Are you part of a Microsoft Family group? There is a possibility that the organizer has managed your account not to play games with multiplayer mode or play certain games.
   
4. Do you have game issue when you connect to a different network?

My Battlefield does not even wants to go past the SNOW loading screen.

While playing a game I might go to the Home screen using the Home button on the controller. The system goes to the Home screen and freezes. I cannot select the game or move around the dashboard, but I can hold
the Home button and it goes to the "Console Off/Controller Off" screen, and then freezes on that screen. Hard resets will reset the dashboard, but it doesn't stop it from happening again. Once while playing a game, the game music continued playing, but the
game was still frozen. This is starting to get frustrating

Try shutting down and restarting

The best method is to be playing mp or campaign and then exit to the main menu before going to the dashboard or shutting down the xbox. If you simply dashboard after saving, or shut off your console, the game will not attempt to send data to the server.
