    It would be Xbox support as they can determine whether or not it was to do with your account or game. Running it through a router myself, and not that I'm aware of, kept most up I think.

    Its possible, you could try it, I'd say your first stop is asking in the Xbox support forum, I'll provide a link

    It could possibly be to do with who you're playing with, possible glitched lobbies maybe, to put you at a major disadvantage, try playing a private game?

    Yeah in multiplayer with my search set to "best" but that did not help either. Thanks for your reply

    The only possibility I can now think of is to contact support and see if its a problem on your account's end, they can look into it further.
