    The enforcement team are the only ones who handle suspensions and they do not use the forums. So no one here could tell you for sure why you're being suspended. Any information would be given at http://enforcement.xbox.com

    This is what is so frustrating! Nobody is available to talk to at enforcement. I got banned twice for nothing. No violation of the terms of service. There is no way to challenge and nothing we can do. Whatever algorithm flags looking for group posts has gone haywire and is issuing all kinds of crazy bans to a lot of people and we can't do anything about it. Really leaving a bad taste for Xbox and Microsoft!

    Yea I checked there.... but all it says is it's because of a looking for group post ...but it doesn't tell me why I'm being suspended and I can't appeal or talk to anyone about it
