Why does my account have a suspension for an enforcement action that I had already completed?

So last week I received a suspension and 2 strikes over a message (Fair enough) but then yesterday I receive an email notifying me of another enforcement action. When I go to check on it I see that it is for the exact same situation for the suspension I received last week. I filed an appeal and described my situation but either it is an automated process or whoever reviewed it did not do a great job of looking over the reason I submitted the appeal. I posted screenshots below of both suspensions, it shows that it is from the same message. Is there anyone I can actually contact over this? Anyone else ever see anything like this? What is the best way to actually have this issue looked at?

I understand this situation is frustrating for you, however, I would like to let you know that no one in the community forums or someone from Microsoft support is capable of assisting with enforcement actions.

The only way to reach out to the Xbox enforcement team is through submitting an appeal and I understand that you have already done that.

Any information about the ban would be listed on the enforcement site. The enforcement site does not give specifics.

Suspension length can vary depending on the severity of the situation as well as any previous enforcement actions on an account. So it may not have been terrible, but if you've had previous enforcement actions then that is why it is a longer suspension.

The case review on the enforcement site is the only way to have the ban reviewed. If they upheld their decision, there is nothing else that can be done. With a case review it means they have already reviewed your account twice and determined you did do something
that violated the code of conduct.

As far as being a permanent ban versus a shorter suspension, suspension length can vary based on severity of the situation as well as any previous enforcement actions. So if you've had multiple enforcement actions in the past, that would factor into why
you received a permanent ban.

The enforcement team do not read these forums. The only part that they read is the account suspensions/bans section and even then it is only to tell you why you have had action taken on your account. Phoning support is the only way.

When I click that it shows completed suspensions .

It seems to be that he was banned for two days in march and it is now completed.
