Why does my account disconnect from Xbox live?

So for years whenever I have played a solo or co-op game it's only a matter of time before I lose connection to xbox live randomly & my game crashes; this has most recently been happening with Temtem & unfortunately because of it my game black screens (I have had to get the devs to fix my account several times now). This problem has been going on for as long as I can remember: it's happened on my Series X xbox, on my Xbox One X, Xbox One & even Xbox 360 I believe. I have had different internet providers over the years, used my Xbox's in different homes, opened all the ports Xbox apparently needs, deleted my account, reset & restarted my router, used a wired & wireless connection, cleared local saved games, factory reset & powercycled my Xbox's & yet absolutely nothing works. The strangest part is I will never disconnect from Xbox Live whilst playing a multiplayer game like Apex Legends or Call of Duty. Most of the time I will be able to reconnect to Xbox Live straight away, but sometimes it takes a bit longer. At first I thought it must be an internet problem, but I don't have connection issues with my phone, laptop, switch etc so it would be strange if it was only affecting Xbox's. Then I thought it might be an issue with game sharing so I stopped & it still happened. I am honestly at a total loss as to how fix this issue, but judging by numerous posts I am clearly not the only one suffering with this. Do Xbox's just have really terrible wifi connection, because it seems like they do. I have in the past set my Xbox to 5ghz on the wifi so it wasn't competing with anything, but as I say nothing has helped/worked.

From your report I believe it is just a bad configuration of your network, causing exactly this problem.

So you just need to configure your internet devices now.

They are unconfigured, so have access restrictions, causing these errors.

If you do not have knowledge, I advise you to contact the ISP that they will do for you

set a fixed ip for the console/PC, open the ports described below, disable and enable the UPnP function and disable the modem firewall, if you have a modem and a router the process has to be done on both devices.

Put console/PC IP in DMZ zone.

Port 88 (UDP)

Port 3074 (UDP and TCP)

Port 53 (UDP and TCP)

Port 80 (TCP)

Port 500 (UDP)

Port 3544 (UDP)

Port 4500 (UDP)

You can ask ISP(Internet Service Provider) for help

I have set up a fixed ip for my Series X Xbox already & opened all the ports. By disable & enable the UPnP function do you mean turn it off in the settings & then back on again? Just disabled the modem firewall, these were ticked so I turned them off (hopefully this is correct?) Enable IPV6 firewall, Enable Inbound IPV6 IPSec firewall, Allow Inbound ICMPv6 Echo Requests <<< I disabled all three of these, was that the correct thing to do? I don't know what to do about putting the console IP in DMZ zone. Do I put my xbox IP address after default dmz server?

Your steps are correct, but unfortunately we are not able or allowed to support internet devices, as they are the responsibility of your internet provider.

That's why we advise you to contact them and ask them for these settings.

I check my connection and it says it is fine...everything is up and running

Why is it when I put Battlefield 3 on and start the game I get a disconnect from EA then an XBox Live disconnect?

I was having major issues last night too. Netflix kept freezing and kicking me off of xboxlive. It was clearly something wrong with xboxlive last night.
