Why does my 4g logo cut put when I try to play

You would have to ask your Internet provider,

When it first happened it was on my home screen and everything was loading for like a hour so I cut it off and tried letting it sit to try again and Now it won't make it past that logo and it does nothing but sit there with a black screen making no noises
or anything Idk what else to do.

Ok i have had this issue for a couple of days and after speaking to Three they found its a known issue. They then put me through to Hwawei (im using a B535) and they said there has been a lot of reports and they are trying to figure it out. Most issues are
with 3 networks using 4G routers.

I will be taking my Xbox to work to download my updates till this is fixed.

TLDR: Not Xbox issue - 3 issue with Hwawei 4G routers.

PS: Switching to 3G does not work.

When I sell my used car Ford doesn't get a cut. When you sell a used BluRay the studio doesn't get a cut. When you sell anything used the original maker does not get a cut. Why are video game publishers / developers entitled to anything after I buy the game
for $60!

Nat type is open, I have 4g, I do get the green jet and Xbox logo then I end up with the picture shown
