Why does multiple games installation stop?

I recently bought an Xbox series x, I have over 100 xbox one games that are on the compatible list that should work. Most games installed with no problems. The rest will start installing, then immediately stopping. Some will almost install all the way and then they stop. I have factory reset this console multiple times with no successful outcome. I have tried installing these games into other consoles, Xbox one s and x. All games installed perfectly. I have reset my wifi route and still nothing changes. I have almost a gig per second on install speeds. I have reformatted my hard drives. I ran the diagnostic test for wifi on both the console and router with both being successful. I have ran out of an other options to try. If anyone has had this problem and can help, it would be much appreciated.

Which game are you experiencing this issue with? As there has been a few games lately that have struggled to keep the download of files on a constant speed.

It sadly didn’t work it flash’s the game now white for a second a few times before it says instillation stopped.

Hi and thanks for reaching out. I hope you’re doing well. I'm an Independent Advisor and a Microsoft user like you and I'll be happy to help you.

Please follow the steps below to try to fix the issue;

- Press the menu key of the controller and go the rightmost tab

- Go to Settings > Devices & Streaming > Blu-Ray

- In the BLU-RAY section select "Persistent Storage"

- Select Clear persistent storage 3 times.

Then do a hard reset;

1. Turn off your console by pressing the Xbox button on the front of the console for about 10 seconds, until it shuts down completely.

2. Unplug the console's power cable. Wait 10 seconds.

Important Be sure to wait at least 10 seconds. This step resets the power supply.

3. Plug the console power cable back in.

4. Press the Xbox button on your console to turn it on.
