    Why does Minecraft not recognize my account?


    Hello!

    So, I previously had a Minecraft account, and I know its migrated to Miocrosoft (from Mojang) because I have the emails proving it, but when I login with it, it says "switch to *** Die E-Mail-Adresse wurde aus Datenschutzgründen entfernt. *** to play Minecraft: Java Edition" but when I do that, it says it again and again, even though I've successfully logged in to that account "*** Die E-Mail-Adresse wurde aus Datenschutzgründen entfernt. ***" on Microsoft.

    Minecraft Account Compromised

    Hi Daniel

    Yes I filled out that form and received an email back saying the information was not enough to recovery the account. The problem is Microsoft does not recognize Minecraft accounts and Minecraft can’t help with accounts because of the migration. I asked Microsoft if they can get us a Minecraft credit so he can download Minecraft again and create a new account but no response.

    Have you recently migrated your Minecraft account to Microsoft? Kindly open the Microsoft Store, then click on the profile picture in the top right corner. A pop-up box will appear allowing you to sign out then once signed out, kindly sign in again using the account that has the game and should change the store account.
