    Why does Minecraft Launcher still say Buy now after I purchased minecraft?


    Hello A while ago My Mum bought me the Minecraft java and bedrock bundle on the Microsoft store using Microsoft family link it said the purchase succeeded but on the launcher it still says buy now I am using the same Email and Account and when I press buy now It says Hold on It looks like your parent approved this.     My brother, who just purchased the same package (Minecraft Java and Bedrock for PC), and is having a similar issue.

    He bought the game, downloaded the launcher, and was able to launch Windows Edition. After closing and attempting to reopen the game through the launcher (as well as the start menu), he was prompted with a windows message saying he "Needs to renew gold", whatever that means. After reinstalling the launcher, rather than being prompted to "Play" Microsoft edition, it prompts "Buy Now."

    Really annoying, considering minecraft.net shows proof of his ownership of the game, as it is listed in the "My Games" tab. Definitely refunding lmao, if that's even an option.
