Why Does Microsoft/Xbox support page not load?

Hello,

This is something that needs an immediate response from Microsoft. I am attempting to enable multiplayer on my Minecraft account after migrating from Mojang. Firstoff, the fact that multiplayer need to be enabled is so irritating. Second, the xbox support page is a blank white page with the xbox logo loading. I have seen people with this issue dating back 5 months, and this is such a joke of an issue.

I have used incognito, as well as a VPN. I have used Chrome, Edge, and Opera browsers, and at this point, I don't know what to do.

Microsoft, this is unacceptable and embarrassing. Fix yourself. I don't care if the issue isn't fixed, just enable multiplayer on my account or fix your page. This isn't a new issue. I am not willing to "wAiT 24 hOuRs" like so many people on these threads suggest. Fix it. NOW.

XBOX support is such a joke. Be Better.

When you say you're trying to enable multiplayer in Minecraft, are you trying to access your privacy settings and can't?

Are you also trying to contact support, and you're going to have some kind of error?

Have you tried accessing the privacy settings page https://account.xbox.com/Settings on a different device or internet browser?

Is your account an adult or child or part of a family group? Check it on https://family.microsoft.com/

You can try to request a refund by signing in to https://account.microsoft.com/billing/orders and then copy the order number. Once you have it simply go to the refund webform link here: https://support.xbox.com/en-US/forms/request-a-...

Kindly try to use a different browser if possible.
