    Why does Microsoft take so long to help me


    My 2nd Microsoft account that has my minecraft account tied to it was locked for "some activity that violates our Microsoft Services Agreement", the email just linked a page to the terms and service agreement but no actual information about what I did that made them lock my account, and I have completed the Microsoft locked account review form but nothing has happened, I got an automated response email from microsoft support saying my form was submitted and they would look into it but I haven't gotten an update, its been multiple days I've submitted multiple forms and I still haven't gotten an update, what's up with this and what't taking so long to help me?

    Hi Alexander!

    Sorry to hear about what happened. This is clearly not the situation I want you to be in. Since your account is currently locked out, only the Microsoft account specialists have access to the information regarding it. I discourage you to submit multiple forms to them because it will only put your request back to their bottom queue and cause more delay. It could take few days depending on the volume of requests they are receiving. Just keep on checking your inbox and also spam or junk folder for updates.

    Okay i underatand that and yea i submitted 2 case reviews. The last guy i talked to he told me not to submit anymore because it might take longer but is there anything i can do because i bought the xbox series x but i might return it because i dont have
