    Why does Microsoft support waste so much time


    I was on the phone with a real person which is already a very tall task with Microsoft support because the only way to speak to a real person is to fight with a robot for 30mins. I finally get into contact with someone and they have to escalate the case which just takes more time and more of my information I'm told that my problem (which was my Xbox account being hacked and email being switch) was possible to solve and would take a couple days to figure out. 2 days goes by and I'm told now "Unfortunately, when security features are updated on an account, we are unable to assist with an account recovery as these types of updates and/or removal are completely out of control of customer service. We are unable to make any changes to the security information on the account due to security protocols set up and the acceptance of the Microsoft Services Agreement when the account was created"

    which is insane because I was just told that you can fix it absolutely disgusting service don't see myself ever going back to Microsoft

    I keep getting error DEV 5523 and Hueneme Negev when i try to play MW2 COD. I have done every troubleshooting that they tell you do and still no luck. HELP!!

    you'll have to contact Activision support for problems with their game.

    Microsoft does not own Activision at this time, and even if or when the merger happens, they will likely maintain their own support
    Contacting their phone number is a waste. They dont answer, which i can understand why, so basically i have to just wait this out?

    Only Minecraft crashes my Xbox One X very often!

    Buddy, that does nothing but waste your time. I’ve tried it TWICE and Mojang / Microsoft support is unhelpful at best

    SAME I called xbox and they wasted 30 min of my time and then she said she had to transfer me to Microsoft bc it's xbox app and xbox gamebar which is a PC app and then THAT MORON told me that oh its an Xbox app issue so I need to transfer you to Xbox support (where I was) they wasted an hour of my time for nothing and no solution. The morons blamed eachother and wasted my time. I HATE Microsoft and Xbox support. I even told the guy WHO WROTE THE CODE FOR THE XBOX GAME BAR APP WITHIN THE MICROSOFT STORE?? AND he said oh we did so I said to him why the heck would I need to talk to XBOX support about a Microsoft app issue. The quality of support has always been **** but now it's just next level.
