Why does microsoft support suck?

They never truly have a grasp over the community and they aren't ever helpful. Multiple people i know who had Mojang/Minecraft Accounts who linked the accounts to microsoft accounts that some don't own or are used by family members lose there account for no reason . They never ask what happens nor do they respond if they get a reason. They ban people for mistakes they cause like the refund system they have in place. The ban system on XBL is flawed. Microsoft should truly focus on a better support system/ Staff team instead of purchasing more assests because this is becoming a sad joke. I recently lost my Minecraft account cause of my older brother being stupid and abusing the poor refund system that they have in place and when i try and appeal it i can't even try cause he gave a garbage reason. And now its locked forever just like the account and xbox used for said refunding. Its truly foul how this company runs its support you can rarely contact a real person or any sort of live chat they expect you to go to the community tab and pray you find what you're looking for which is usually no help. People i knew on xbox get muted/banned for the most pathetic reasons. You have ruined arguably my favourite console my childhood all because you want everything to be perfect and pristine which will never happen. Please go back to the era where your staff is helpful and useful the staff that actually own up to the mistakes and not ban people for reasons YOU should fix. Migration on minecraft was stupid. The fact people lost accounts cause of the garbage system you implemented and you didn't give any repayments or anything for it. Its actually terrible these days i remember 2017 the support would actually reply and not be a robot that gives little to no help. Instead of just instantly declining appeals you should look into them and provide actual support. That is my rant done and i hope change happens i already know it won't but im not surprised
