Why does Microsoft recommend webcams for the Xbox when none of them work?

I have two of the webcams

They do work

The Logitech meant for my ex and the ms lifecam

Generally any webcam works Irs just those 4 are the only guarented one

You have to goto the manufacturer of the webcams for help

Yes a webcam will work with your console. Microsoft recommends Logitech C920 HD Pro or Logitech C922 HD Pro Stream. In the beginning I just used an regular webcam and it worked.

I have the same probably my xbox turns off for awhile when im streamjnf on mixer. With a webcam. I got the logitech webcam. My xbox does not turn off when im streaming without a webcam.
