Why does Microsoft not send me any confirmation codes

Okay now it works. Just had reset everything for the hundredth time.

Why Microsoft or XBOX didn't send me an email to confirm my suspension or something like this ?

hi this is the same person from that question, sadly my account password was changed. Why isint microsoft sending confirmation emails to the back up email concerning the security change? shouldnt they be providing a code? this is why i use gmail more often

Hello. I am having the same issue however, the email that the confirmation code will be sent to does not exist anymore. I was trying to change the email address on microsoft but it will still send the confirmation to the email address that does not exist.
I need to change my membership settings and there is no way I can do it. Can someone please help??

Yes, they still send you the code to your email so that you can redeem it on the account of your choice. You can confirm this yourself, as before confirming the reward, it usually says "Send to [your email]" for rewards that provide a code. In contrast, rewards that are automatically linked to your Microsoft account without sending a code typically say "Add to my Microsoft account".
