Why does Microsoft not provide any type of customer service? They charge all this money for...

I'm sorry that you have a bad experience when contacting Support, sometimes I understand that it is a little difficult, I tell you from my point of view since I am a player like you. I am not a Microsoft employee, therefore I can tell you that in my case I have not had problems at any time contacting support, I always do so through the following link.

There you must select the Contact Us button, write the problem you are experiencing and then follow the steps on the screen to access the live chat with a Microsoft agent. Sometimes an automatic bot can assist you but you have to keep trying until you can enter the live chat.

Just want to say after doing some research on the issue this is not a one...or two.... or even three time type of occurrence. There are many individuals that pay for a service(mind you PlayStation network is free and their cs is better) and are not receiving
any type of technical support or response at all for that matter. This is truly unbelievable that this "service" cannot even provide their customers with a response when they request them to post in the forums. I don't know much but is the provider of services
supposed to be doing the leg work or the consumer? Regardless this will be the last Microsoft product that I will purchase if they cannot get their act together with their customer service.

How much of a credit will I be receiving on my bill for the outages and when will I be getting it?

How can I trust the credit card info I have given Microsoft when they can't even protect their system from hackers?

Why have I not heard back from months ago about my screen name being stolen after five months?

Why does Microsofts customer service suck so horribly?

Why does Microsoft treat their customers so horribly and make it so difficult to resolve account issues?

Why does Microsoft charge for xbox live when it's sub par at best?

I have had nothing but unresolved issues with these profit *** who could care less about the service they provide on every level.

Well Jason the "escalation's team supervisor" says there is nothing thy can do. We can't escalate any higher than him (does that mean he is in charge of everything I wonder?) and are we happy with the service Microsoft has provided?? He advises if we are
not satisfied to write a letter to their legal team. I long for the days when customer service and loyalty meant something.
