Why does Microsoft not give a damn about the quality of its products - For example...

Many have reported for years now that there are problems with Microsoft Sudoku with regards to how it is totally unreliable saving progress with the monthly challenge. But Microsoft does not give a damn - they do absolutely nothing about fixing this problem!!!! For example - take a look at these two screen shots taken at two consecutive days:









Notice anything strange? Every day since may 13th i have completed the challenge successfully, and the next day my progress is lost. So, on the 14th i completed it again for the 13th as well as for the 14th. Next day they are both gone. So i completed it again for the 13th and 14th as well as for the 15th. Can you guess what happens next day?: EXACTLY the same thing! So i continue with this madness through to the 17th and take a screen shot when i have finished completing everything all over again. No surprise what happens on the 18th - as you can clearly see from the screen shot!!! To summarize: I have successfully completed the challenges for the 13th 5 times, and for the 14th 4 times, and for the 15th 3 times, and for the 16th twice, and for the 17th once and Microsoft just keeps discarding my progress every day! And this is a problem that people have reported for YEARS!!!!!!! What does that say about Microsoft? This problem appears to get resolved sometimes only to return a few days later. It is nothing to do with with my Internet access as i am not experiencing any problems with my internet access with anything else. Before closing the Sudoku application i switch a few times between it and other applications as that appears to trigger a save/refresh function (i cannot find any menu choice in the application to force a save - which is truly amazing after all the complaints about this application i have seen). Nothing helps - including the people at Microsoft!
