    Why does Microsoft make you talk to a ROBOT to get your account back?


    So I really need help with something before I fully switch from Xbox and never go back.

    I log onto my Xbox one a few days ago and it tells me to type In my password WHICH I DID CORRECTLY to make sure it was me. Once I did that, it said I also needed a text from a phone number that I didn’t have in years and I must’ve forgot to change it on my Xbox account which I get. Since I didn’t have the phone number, I had to fill out a form to prove it was my account. NOTE: I gave the the correct password already so it’s not like I don’t have anything. I proceeded to give Microsoft the correct password, ALL of the information for my debit card used to do all of my recent purchases on Xbox which has been ALOT, and I sent them proof that the profile is on MY HOME XBOX just for me to not be able to talk to a real person and they say “it’s not enough information.” So I have to talk to a robot about my account when I spent THOUSANDS of dollars on this account over the years ?? And you guys aren’t even giving me a reason as to why I can’t get into my account ?? How much more information is needed ? This is horrible and the company needs to change this. LET US TALK TO REAL PEOPLE and give me my account back.

    It is like trying to stick jelly to a wall. All one gets is a robot and when you ask to talk to a person it asks ridiculous questions. I want to talk to a person from microsoft. why should that be so hard to do?

    Is there anyway I can talk to someone that has the power to help me get back into my account, I genuinely don’t want to talk to something i’m thinking is going to be looked at by a person who can understand and it just get overturned by a robot that takes everything at face value.

    Getting my old account back.

    The miscrosoft window support wont accept the letters and numbersin the box to see if your a robot have done about 30 times. I dont see why its so difficult to get back my account thats hasnt been used in a couple of years.
