    Why does Microsoft keep this hacking **** happening?


    Microsoft, Make a better support system for recovering our accounts. This is not a suggestion, this is a warning. I've had my account taken twice from two different emails and I'm sick and tired of this goose chase, either you fix your stuff so this can't be hacked remotely using your system or just cut yourselves by the root.
    I request a formal apology.

    The funny thing is I just let this account sit since I made it to see if it would happen on it's own, and it did, what a coincidence right?

    I did have 2fa on both accounts, they hacked into my account. I didn't get an email about it, no code was sent to my number, the only thing that happened was an email about some one elses email getting added and mine deleted as well as my number deleted from the account and when I appeal the account and provide all the details it allows me to provide, it sends me an email about needing more information when it doesn't give that option to give, if there was a system that tracks email changes so you can get you account back within 2 weeks this would be solved to easily. Maybe even a authenticator app code that changes, since they don't get the chance of being intercepted like sim numbers do.

    So pretty much you probably allowed access to a shady site without even realizing it took your info and changed it so I don't see how that's Microsoft's fault, listen I'm not taking sides but if you can prove the account is yours and you have all the info about purchases and such on the account before it changed then maybe give support a chance to recover it if it didn't get deleted...

    The malware can come from anywhere, they just target those sites as it's usually not security savvy children
