Why does Microsoft ignore this problem?

I'm just going to post this users question again since the thread is locked for some reason, despite many people having the same issue (myself included) and there was continual discussion about the issue up until a few days ago when I guess they locked the thread??

So I have had some issues with Microsoft rewards, and the apps that connect to it like bing, Xbox, and gamepass ultimate quest. First off there was an event that ended on Monday, I forgot exactly what it was called, but for the Xbox it lasted about 2 weeks and whatever your achievement score added up to in that time you got in Microsoft rewards points (up to 10,000). I had over 1,500 and it still has not been added to my account.

I have also been having problems the past week earning rewards on bing. They have the daily sets, and on my mobile device it was not letting me complete the activities.

Xbox gamepass ultimate quests for the past few days, it has not been letting me complete or earn the quests. I complete what is required to earn the points, but it doesn't register, so I can't complete the quests or earn the points.

On the Xbox Microsoft rewards app there is a reward you can get daily, I believe its called "achieve more, earn more"; and you basically get 50 rewards points once daily for unlocking an achievement in a game. Many times I have done this over the past month or 2 and half of the time when I try to complete it and earn the points, it won't register that I did it. I will admit over the past week or 2 this seems to have been mostly remedied, but its been a somewhat consistent issue since I started using Xbox and Microsoft.

So I am just asking if Microsoft can fix this and give me the points I earned. If there is something I need to do on my end feel free to let me know.

So... Despite massive issues, including completely revamping of the rewards program (removing of the daily log in quests because they were so broken) and then un-revamping of the same broken features, this community's official take on the rewards program is "they're trying their hardest?" I have yet to have a month go by without there being some new crippling bug with the program. I send reports on a daily basis but nothing changes and now they're running a 10,000 point event just to waste everyone's time who actually thought they could EARN said points?

MagnusVermandelson was the original poster btw. Again, there is no indication that their issue was solved and the last person with the same issue commented on May 13th. Thanks for ignoring the rampant issues with rewards, Microsoft!

The thread you are referring to was an older thread that was bumped which is why it was locked. It's always best to create a new thread instead of bumping old ones.

As far as Microsoft Rewards issues, you would have to contact their support via the contact link at the bottom of the Rewards site. No one from the Rewards program or Microsoft uses these forums.

Freedom of speech is still doesn't trump private authority

You still have to abide by the rules of private forums

If you want to know how the pet works you just goto enforcement.xbox.com it's in the FAQ

Also it does not matter who starts a fight if you retaliate and break the rules you still can be punished

Same problem here. I've followed the verify steps numerous uncountable times to no avail. Why does Microsoft keep asking me to have my child's account reverified? I think I'll just ignore future reverification requests. Frustrating.
