    Why does microsoft deliberately make it difficult to access support. I can't do Live chat...


    Xbox support is deliberately trying to make us not use it.

    I have been trying to reach a live chat agent for the past 20 minutes but the endless circles deliberately deny me it, All i have is the option for a call back. Or for me to ask a question online here like this.

    Can anyone explain why the hell Microsoft Doesn't allow me to have LIVE AGENT CHAT.

    I'm not giving you a phone number to call me back on. As your privacy policy is weak as ****, and you'll just associate my number with this account to track me.

    Why does microsoft deliberately make it difficult to access support. I can't do Live chat with a person, and instead get shunted here.

    I can't answer your specific question about Live chat, but based on your sub text about account and profile, this Xbox support site, Account Profile support may assist you to resolve your issue.

    If you describe your issue in more detail, I or others may be able to point you in the right direction to solve it.

    Xbox Live in Asia

    Asia is a terrible place to use xbox live.

    Just be grateful you can get on line occasionally, as i live in Malaysia and can't.

    (we don't even have a massive firewall to deliberately make things difficult for here) its just that microsoft have completely neglected Asia and haven't bothered to develop a working service.

    (Previously I had xbox live gold for 10 years in the Uk and loved every minute of it) (well, except party chat, but thats another thread...)

    Yes, this is correct.

    No headaches, I solved my issue.

    BUT, Microsoft DELIBERATELY makes it much more difficult to cancel/stop a charge, and it is this policy that has caused me problems, but mostly just wasted my invaluable time.

    They have lost a long-term, loyal customer, and I think others should be aware of why.

    90% of the time call back does not work, they have intentionally made it difficult to get the required support, live chat works for a few hours per day, Microsoft has to be one of the worst companies to get support with, unless you are paying millions for company support.
