why does Microsoft customer service keep hanging up on me?

In that order of ideas , I can’t give you a reason about why your account was locked or why your calls are not working

And no one here can check the account details directly.

You can try asking this to Microsoft support via chat or ask them to forward you with the accounts and billing department if the call is not working for you

So I have had an account on Xbox for years longer than I can remember, and on Friday October 28 2022 I received a text stating that it might have been compromised, so I changed the password instantly without going to the link provided in the text as I had no idea if it was an actual text from Microsoft. So I saw the account was locked, and I began to call customer support and fill out the recovery and repeal forms. I got access on Friday evening. I logged in to my iPhone, laptop, desktop, and Xbox. I then locked out again and began the process over again only to be hung up on by Microsoft customer support. I was told I was charged with breaking Skype terms and conditions even though I have never used skype in my life with my gaming account. I have tried everything to no avail. The following Sunday, I got access setup 2-factor authentication and lost the report because Microsoft locked it again, and I have no idea why. So I filled out the forms again, got stuck with customer service, and I'm still trying to get my account back. I'll change the password again and relinquish my right to skype only to use the Xbox account, as it was only used for my Xbox. I then removed the version from my authentication app as the recovery site only requests for accounts that do not have 2-factor authentication. Is there anything I can do to get the account back? I'm trying everything in my power. The account was hacked, but it doesn't stay unlocked long enough for me to fix it.

guess what I tried again and again still nothing and this is copied form when I asked a question and stop receiving support but I wanna know why my account is locked and why customer support continues to hang up on me when I ask them for help.

May I know what happened to your Microsoft account?

It was hacked? Did you forget the password?

I don’t know why your call is dropped. Could be an issue with the signal

If they locked your account you need to keep using the form locked account form.
If the form is not working, probably it’s because the account can’t be unlocked

I understand that losing an account is a frustrating situation but the help from Microsoft is limited.
And even more if right now this account has two step verification enabled

I didn't lose it; Microsoft locked it; I have bought games and spent so much of my life on that account, and I want it back . You didn't read it. I removed the 2 step verification. I want my account back. I filled out forms and have done everything on my end. I want my account that I spent money on. Why was it locked turns out Microsoft doesn't even know. They keep changing the reasoning. I like what I paid for migrating the data to another account, but I like the games and everything else I paid for

And why is customer service hanging up on customers
