    Why does Microsoft ban people for the most dumbest reasons?


    I'm recently got a 2 day suspension ban on my account for posting on a LFG: " W 30 nuke cards 100c each, and OverDrive 70c each" with no appeal and customer support not being able to do anything about it. I called Microsoft headquarters and was on hold for an hour before I got frustrated and hung up. Then had customer support call me and explain to me they can't do anything and that it's under review and won't be able to contact me about the suspension until 48-72 hours later, but what's the point when my suspension runs out the same time? Is the moderation system filled with bots? Because it seems like nobody is actually moderating these reports. Otherwise I wouldn't have been suspended.

    This is because LFG is literally only to Look for groups, so you cannot post that there. You can only Look for groups, not promote anything. So that is why, okay? The moderation is not filled with bots, it truly is not correct to do that on LFG. I hope you understand.

    As part of the Code of Conduct and Terms of Use you agreed to when you signed up these are considered violations. Xbox Live is consider a Rate E for Everyone service and all communications need to held to that level of communication. Also substations to
    hide an inappropriate work is also considered a violation too.

    The games themselves may be rated M, but everything you do on Live has to remain E for everyone. It's per the code of conduct you agreed to when you signed up. Playstation has the same rules.
