why does Mahjong not log in?? Microsoft (Mod. Remove)

now after most of the AM solitaire logs on buyt now Mahjong does not even though I am logged on to Solitaire. You guys have changed something and not checked it out as usual.

Microsoft Jigsaw

Microsoft Jigsaw will not log in my user name. I can log into Microsoft Solitaire and Mahjong. I have even reinstalled Jigsaw. I t still doesn't work

 

Getting "Choose another item - This in-app purchase is no longer available in Microsoft Mahjong" and can't log in

I have an up-to-date premium subscription to Microsoft Mahjong on Windows 10 and have been playing it with no problems - until yesterday. I can log into other Xbox apps (e.g. Microsoft Solitaire Collection) but when I launch the Mahjong app, I get a message
saying "Choose another item - This in-app purchase is no longer available in Microsoft Mahjong" and I can't log in. I tried troubleshooting the problem, including uninstalling and reinstalling the app (which helpfully wiped out my games achievements, with
only 3 games to go to get my Perfect score for April). So it does not appear to be a problem with Xbox connectivity, just with Mahjong. Any help would be very gratefully received.

When I look at the Majhong web site it looks like there are no issues, can you please see the support website linked below it should hopefully help with the problems you are having.

There are a couple of known issues with the pc games especially bingo and jigsaw. Also there was a xbox live service alert up this day which means some online activity might give some community members some issues. Please visit our

xbox live status page when ever you are having issues to see if its our systems having issues instead of on your side.
