Why does it take forever to customize the gamerpic on account.xbox.com?

On account.xbox.com, whenever I attempt to change my profile picture, I get this loading screen that is on a loop forever. What do I do?

Are you using images on your device or choosing ones from Microsoft's server?

This type of problem can be caused by your network connection with the Microsoft server. Try routing a mobile network and see if it goes faster.

This is dumb why cant we upload custom gamerpics its been over 3 months. C mon xbox ur taking forever just to fix this issues

To change you gamerpic for your xbox account, the easiest method is to log into your account via account.xbox.com

Once logged in click Customize > Change gamerpic. You will then be able to select another picture.

You can have a custom gamerpic that is why the option is there.

If the gamerpic is not in breach of the Terms of Service/Code of Conduct then it will not be changed.

Only time that enforcement will change the gamerpic if it is in violation of the Terms of Service and other users have reported the custom gamerpic.
