    Battlefield 4 won't work

    try another hard reboot but this time unplug the power brick from the console and the outlet for a couple of minutes then while your waiting keep pressing the power button to drain out the remaining power then after a couple of minutes plug everything back
    in and power back on and try the game again.

    Use this a last resort. try a console reset by going to settings, system, console and updates then select reset console and choose to keep everything. your console will restart and go through a quick set up and you will sign in again. After your back on
    the home screen try the game again.

    first try doing a hard reset by holding the power button on the front of the console until it turns off then unplug the power brick from the console and the outlet for a couple minutes then plug everything back in power back on and try the game again.

    un-instal and re-install the game and try it again. If that doesn't work...
